Volunteers Needed to Help Make Rendezvous 2026 a Success

The countdown to SICYC Rendezvous 2026 is well underway, and behind every great Rendezvous is a dedicated team of volunteers who help make the event run smoothly.

This year, SICYC is calling on members who are keen to lend a hand and be part of the action. Whether you have volunteered before or are simply looking for a way to get more involved, there are plenty of opportunities to contribute and help create another memorable Rendezvous for fellow Shaggers.

Volunteers are being asked to assist with several important jobs during the event, including helping with set-up, selling raffle tickets and wristbands, and assisting with merchandise. These may sound like small tasks, but together they play an important role in keeping the event organised and ensuring members can enjoy everything Rendezvous has to offer.

To get things underway, members who would like to help are asked to meet in front of the SICYC Merchandise Stand at 9.30 am on Thursday, August 26, 2026, at Cape Gloucester Resort.
